The mission of Rockdale Athletics is to create sports and fitness programs in the Rockdale county area increasing both sport participation rates and healthy development in our area’s youth. Rockdale Athletics will promote specific sport skills and academics in all athletes. Rockdale Athletics main mission is to “Perfect the Dynamics of Every Athlete” by teaching kids how to incorporate Academics and Attitude with Athletics.

WHAT WE DO
ALL-STAR PREP FULL YEAR
All-Star cheerleading is a highly competitive sports activity that combines elements of tumbling, dance, stunting, and traditional cheerleading skills such as jumps and arm motions. Teams perform fast paced, exciting, and professionally choreographed routines set to music. All-Star Prep teams compete against other All-Star gyms from across the country between November and April each year!
HALF YEAR NOVICE
Half Year teams are select groups of individuals ages 14 and below. These teams consist of half year athletes that want to experience All Star competition season for a short amount of time. Seasons are 6 months and they typically train twice a week for a total of 3-4 hours. All Star Novice teams do not travel and have a much lower cost of expense. This is the perfect opportunity to try out the All Star World or for the family that wants a shorter yearly commitment.
Classes are typically one hour and meet once a week to train small groups of athletes working on similar skills. We have a 8/1 student instructor ratio to keep your child focused! All classes are based on the groups specific needs. We offer Tumbling, Stunting, and Cheer Fundamental classes. Come in, we would love to meet you!
Skill training classes and choreography is available for Rec, Middle, and High School teams at our facility. Whether your team is small or large, novice or advanced, we can customize a camp to meet your teams needs and goals. Choose weekly training to maximize your skills with a quality one on one instructor.
These are set up and scheduled directly with the instructor. This is a one on one private lesson to maximize your time and learning. All Private lessons are scheduled with the instructor.
We offer skills camps, custom camps, summer camps, and choreography camps for individuals, small groups, and teams. Come to our facility or we'll bring our staff to you! We will custom your camp to your specific needs! Let us help your team maximize their potential on being the best they can be!
